The residence, which was adorned with Andy Warhol prints on black walls and furniture in electric colors, was profiled in Domino last spring.

The three bedroom, four bathroom house has recently been renovated.

The living room has a fireplace and there is a "lacquered" library and a large dining room, all in a building dating back to 1917.

The master bedroom has a marble bathroom and two large walk-in closets, while the marble kitchen has a dining-breakfast area with city views. The building has a bicycle storage room and a gym.

Stockbroker is Kerry Schmidt of Sotheby's International Realty.
